The Sandusky River is located in the Northern part of Ohio and it is a branch of the well-known Lake Erie. This river is approximately 150 miles long and the upper part of the river was declared a State Scenic River in the year 1970 by the Ohio Government. This should give you an idea of the beauty it has to offer the angler that visits this area. The beginning of this river starts in Richland County and ends up flowing into Lake Erie.

One of the most popular species of fish found in the Sandusky River is the Walleye and there are plenty of them in this river although, sometimes they may be hard to find.
